3 little Halos Safety Town was founded by our parent organization -- 3 little Halos Fund -- in 2010 by Susan and Jim Butler following the tragic deaths of their three grandchildren -- Alex, Aubrey and Braden Butler -- after a preventable house fire in 2007.

In 2017, the Butler's approached Jamie Beringer, a West Chester native, to help push our vision forward. Between 2017 and 2019, Jamie and the Butler's worked to finalize our business plan and vision statement. Additionally, 3lHST contracted our current architect, worked hard to secure local endorsements and support and created our 3D Safety Town animation.

In 2019, our organization took another big step forward by securing our 501 (c)3 designation from the IRS, received our first charitable grant and brought in J. Peyton Gravely to assist with our Capital Campaign and continued growth.

Currently, we are in discussions to acquire our forever home and will begin phase one of our community build. We are actively soliciting partnerships and charitable donations from area business leaders to assist with making 3 little Halos Safety Town a reality.
